Exercise Referral Scheme

This package offers people who are inactive or have a health condition the opportunity to participate in a range of exercise opportunities such as gentle aerobics, gym sessions, tai chi, aqua aerobics at Loughborough Leisure Centre, Soar Valley Leisure Centre and a range of community venues.

Heart Smart

This is a hugely successful scheme targetting people who are either recovering from heart problems or heart surgery.  Exercise sessions are provided to assist in the partisipant's recovery.  The University Hospitals in Leicester and limited GP practices currently only refer patients to the scheme.
