Holiday Activities
During the school holidaysLoughborough Leisure Centreoffers a range of activities for children. The programme is released two weeks prior to the holidays and is displayed within the centre.
Typical activities include sports taster sessions such as gymnastics, trampolining, karate, football, basketball, athletics and water polo. As well as some activities you may not have tried before; tri-golf, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball,, bouncy castle and dodgeball. We also offer a range of creative activities including puppet making, treasure hunts, stained glass windows and mask making.
Activities run for children aged 5-12 years, and children are split up based on age and friendship groups. There are AM, PM and full day sessions available to suit lifestyle, with Wildcard discounts available for Charnwood residents.
Family Time
Every Sunday 9.30am-11.30am, for primary school aged children and their families.
Each week there will be a bouncy castle, roller skating and swimming available as well as a variety of other sports hall activities designed to get everyone involved.
Bounce and skate until the little ones are worn out and then relax in our family sessions in the pool.
Please note; all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Roller Disco
Every Saturday 7pm-9pm, for 8-16 year olds
See the sports hall transformed, with disco lights and our resident DJ, there’s no excuse not to be there!
We even have skates available to hire, from Junior size 9 to adult size 11
Nitewave Pool Fun Sessions
Every Friday 7pm-9pm , for 8-16 year olds
An hour and a half of fun in the pool followed by a hot dog and drink in the café
Loud, crazy, fun sessions in the pool featuring resident DJ playing the latest tracks with disco lights, floats and inflatables.
And the best part? Apart from our friendly lifeguards this session is Kids Only!
