SwimLife Lesson Programme

Welcome to H20 Swim Life swimming lessons. 

Qualified swimming instructors take all pupils through a structured lesson programme teaching new skills and techniques in an enjoyable and safe environment.

You can use the guide below to find the right level for you or your child.

Rewards

All pupils receive a colour coded swim hat and a log book upon joining the scheme and are rewarded at the end of each level with stickers*, certificates** and badges***

Structure of the Scheme

1st Wave 6 – 30 month
Introduction to the Pool – contains useful advice for your child’s early visits to the swimming pool.

2nd Wave Goal – to achieve 5m badge.
Pupils will progress through 5 levels learning valuable water skills including how to make a safe entry to the pool, gliding and retrieving objects.(3rd

3rd Wave Goal - to achieve 800m badge
Pupils will progress through 10 levels developing techniques for breaststroke, front crawl, butterfly and backstroke, as well as increased stamina and improved breathing techniques.

4th Wave Academy and Rescue
Competent Swimmers have the opportunity to join a swim team or try Diving and Life Saving
